These Terms of Service govern your use of the TakunoZa analytics platform. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
TakunoZa provides analytics platform services designed for small hotels and ryokans in Japan. The platform aggregates data from your property management system, booking channels, and review platforms to provide occupancy analysis, revenue insights, and guest feedback synthesis.
To use TakunoZa, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your property or business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
TakunoZa offers Foundation, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan and payment frequency.
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept payment via credit card or bank transfer. If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend your account access until payment is received.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
You are responsible for providing accurate API credentials for your property management system and booking channels. You represent that you have the necessary permissions and authority to grant TakunoZa access to these systems.
TakunoZa provides analytics based on data received from your integrated systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms and are not responsible for errors or inconsistencies in source data.
You agree to use TakunoZa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
TakunoZa and all related software, algorithms, designs, and materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your property's analytics needs.
You retain all ownership rights to your property data. By using TakunoZa, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing analytics services to you.
We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TakunoZa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
TakunoZa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that analytics insights will result in particular business outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of the platform for your needs and making your own business decisions based on the analytics provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold TakunoZa harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will provide you with reasonable opportunity to export your data before permanent deletion.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of TakunoZa after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TakunoZa shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tokyo, Japan.
