TakunoZa offers three program levels based on how deeply you want to analyze your property's data. Each program includes different data sources and analytical capabilities.
Regardless of which program you choose, the setup process follows the same structured approach to ensure your data flows correctly from the start.
After you provide API credentials for your property management system and booking channels, our technical team configures the integration connections. We run validation tests to ensure data transfers correctly and matches expected formats. You receive a setup confirmation email once all connections are verified and operational.
The platform imports your historical data, typically covering the previous 24 months. This historical context is essential for establishing baseline patterns and enabling year-over-year comparisons. The import runs automatically and you can monitor progress through your dashboard. Most properties complete this phase within one week.
Once your data is fully populated, we schedule a video walkthrough session customized to your specific dashboard and program level. This 60-minute session covers navigation, interpretation of key metrics, report generation, and data export procedures. You receive a recording of the session for future reference.
After initial setup, the platform operates autonomously with nightly data synchronization. You access your dashboard as needed to review metrics, generate reports, or analyze specific aspects of your business. Foundation and Professional program users have access to email support, while Enterprise clients can contact their dedicated representative directly.
TakunoZa integrates with most common PMS platforms used by small hotels in Japan, including OPERA Cloud, Mews, Cloudbeds, and several Japan-specific systems. If your PMS offers API access, integration is typically possible. Contact us to verify compatibility with your specific system version.
The platform connects to major international OTAs including Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb, as well as Japan-focused platforms like Rakuten Travel, Jalan, and Ikyu. We use official channel manager APIs where available and can work with your existing channel manager if you use one.
Professional and Enterprise programs aggregate reviews from TripAdvisor, Google My Business, Booking.com, Expedia, and other major platforms. The system pulls new reviews nightly and processes them through sentiment analysis algorithms that work across Japanese, English, Chinese, and other common languages.
