This Privacy Policy explains how TakunoZa collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our analytics platform services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
When you create a TakunoZa account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property name, and business address. This information is necessary to provide you with access to our platform and communicate with you about your account.
Through API integrations with your property management system and booking channels, we collect occupancy data, reservation information, booking source details, and guest demographics. This data is aggregated and anonymized for analysis purposes. We do not collect or store complete guest personal information such as full names, addresses, or payment details.
We collect publicly available reviews about your property from platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and booking sites. This includes review text, ratings, and publication dates. We process this information to provide sentiment analysis and identify recurring themes.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the TakunoZa platform, including pages viewed, features used, time spent on different sections, and device information. This helps us improve our service and understand which features are most valuable to users.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
All customer data is stored on servers physically located in Japan, complying with Japanese data residency requirements. We use secure data centers with appropriate physical and technical safeguards.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including TLS 1.3 encryption for data transmission, encrypted storage, two-factor authentication for account access, regular security audits, and restricted employee access to customer data based on job requirements.
We retain your account information and property data for as long as you maintain an active TakunoZa subscription. If you cancel your service, we provide a 30-day period for you to export your data, after which all information is permanently deleted from our systems.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or property data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
You can access and update your account information at any time through your TakunoZa dashboard settings. If you need assistance accessing or correcting your information, contact us at info@takunoza.com.
You have the right to export your property data in CSV or Excel format at any time through the platform interface. This allows you to maintain your own copies of analytics data.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team. We will process deletion requests within 30 days and provide confirmation once completed.
You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from TakunoZa by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or updating your communication preferences in your account settings.
